Your poster number is the abstract submission number that will also be in the Abstract book.
Monday is Poster Day for Sessions 1 and 2
Tuesday is Poster Day for Sessions 3,
You can find your poster details and poster session schedules in the online program by searching for your poster name or poster number, or by scrolling through the poster session to which your poster belongs. Poster sessions are colored yellow in the online program
You can bring your printed poster with you. In case of emergencies, there are some printing locals available in Punta Arenas, but you need to contact them in advance. Please note that printing options are closed on Sunday in Punta Arenas. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing yours with you or arranging to have it printed in advance.
The poster format is A0 (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high), portrait. Posters larger than A0 or in landscape format cannot be mounted.
Please follow the example poster below. The header can be downloaded here. It should include, from left to right, the header graphic, the authors’ institutional logos, and the poster number.
The title example is “This is an Antarctic poster title for ISAES” Arial or Times New Roman, bold, centered, size 60 to 70. Authors should be listed in the abstract.
The rest of the poster should represent the text of the accepted abstract.
The posters will be displayed in the foyer of the Venue.
We will provide Scotch Power Strips to mount your poster; please do not use nails, pins, or other material to attach your poster to the poster boards. the support staff of INACH will provide the Scotch Power Strips.
Please carefully check the times of your poster sessions and the times allowed for setting up and dismantling the posters.

Note: If you do not want to take your poster home with you, there will be a recycling station in INACH where you can leave your poster.

These sessions will allow you to discuss your poster and answer any questions the participants may have. Please be sure to be near your poster during your poster session. At least one author for each poster must be present at the session in which the poster is displayed.
